We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and ensure your pickled products arrive safely and in great condition.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within [1–3 working days]. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Methods & Timeframes
We use trusted courier services to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, or peak periods)

Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Missed Deliveries & Failed Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

Leave the parcel in a safe place
Deliver to a neighbour
Return the parcel to a local depot or to us

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow any tracking updates and rearrange delivery where necessary.

Risk & Ownership
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your possession (or a person identified by you to take possession of the goods).

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photos so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Perishable Goods
As our products are perishable food items, it is important that deliveries are received promptly. We are not responsible for any deterioration in product quality resulting from:

Failed delivery attempts
Parcels not being collected or accepted in a timely manner
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
