We take great care when preparing and packaging our pickled products and want every order to arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Please email us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or fault
Once reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement or refund for the affected item, in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
Safety Seal & Product Condition
If the safety seal is broken on arrival, or the product appears spoiled or compromised, please do not consume it and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Taste Preferences
Because our products are food items, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if a product is not liked due to personal taste preference.
Change of Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain goods are exempt from cancellation rights. As our products are perishable food items, they are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind once dispatched, unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Time Limits
Issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can properly assess and resolve the problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.
